Role description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document current and future state IDAM processes.
Conduct detailed business and systems analysis across multiple workstreams.
Support integration efforts between IDAM solutions and business-critical systems.
Map and optimize workflows and processes in line with strategic IDAM objectives.
Produce high-quality analysis documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities and clearly communicate these to stakeholders.
Contribute to large-scale transformation and IT migration initiatives with a focus on secure identity management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Strong knowledge of MFA design and policy enforcement, including adaptive authentication, conditional access, and risk-based authentication.
User Lifecycle Management: Experience automating user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
RBAC (Role-Based Access Control): Proficiency in designing and implementing access models based on organizational roles.
Federated Identity Management: Expertise in enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation across cloud, on-premise, and external partner environments.
Privileged Access Management (PAM): Hands-on experience in managing and securing access for privileged users.
Authentication Protocols: Solid understanding of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Kerberos.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to question assumptions, dig deep into data, and challenge business teams constructively.
Process Mapping: Skilled in mapping current and future state workflows, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Project Delivery: Proven track record of owning deliverables and meeting deadlines on complex projects.
Tool Proficiency: Competent with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Gliffy.
