Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on technology and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and managing requirements, working closely with technical/IAM specialists, and engaging with senior stakeholders to collect detailed business use cases and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and operational staff.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
• Perform in-depth process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify and capture use cases.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and documentation using standard tools.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
• Experience identifying use cases and capturing detailed requirements in a technical environment.
• Good understanding of networking technologies including VPNs and Proxies.
• Hands-on experience working closely with IT developers/engineers and IAM specialists.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and IAM systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and confidently.
• Proven experience working with remote teams using digital collaboration tools.
• A proactive team player with strong accountability for deliverables and excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
