Role description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the gathering of requirements, analysis of data, and definition of clear, actionable use cases for Secrets Management.
Collaborate with platform and application teams across Global Businesses and Functions to understand secrets-related needs and technical constraints.
Engage and coordinate with stakeholders from IAM, Cyber Security, Architecture, Global Cloud Services, Client Access Technologies, and business units to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
Work with regional representatives—including those in Highly Regulated Countries—to capture region-specific compliance and implementation requirements.
Create comprehensive requirements documentation, workflows, and solution designs, securing sign-off from senior stakeholders.
Serve as a key liaison between the programme team and Global Business/Function leads to track adoption plans and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong background in requirements gathering within complex, technical environments (e.g. DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, cloud and on-premise infrastructure).
Solid technical understanding of infrastructure and applications, enabling effective communication with engineering and development teams.
Proven experience with data analysis, process mapping, and identifying technical and business use cases.
Previous hands-on experience with IAM or PAM migration projects.
Demonstrated ability to work with cybersecurity, technical, and operational teams in a collaborative and structured manner.
Strong working knowledge of IAM concepts, access control models, and security compliance standards.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills.
A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating large, matrixed programme environments.
