About the Role:
FirstPoint Group is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. The right candidate will have solid experience in design, fit-out, and maintenance tendering, and be familiar with UAE tendering platforms such as Etihad Tenders, Tejari, and others.

This position offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, with added value if you have experience in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity
• Analyze and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Manage full tendering processes including pricing, documentation, and timely submission
• Coordinate closely with the design, estimation, and project teams
• Track and respond to opportunities on local tendering websites
• Maintain pricing databases and supplier records
• Support procurement activities such as sourcing, negotiations, and issuing POs (if required)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying and tendering for design, fit-out, and maintenance projects
• Familiarity with local tendering websites and public/private bidding processes
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, market pricing, and project workflows
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Background in procurement is a plus
