Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, digital banking platforms, and user experience principles
• Proven experience in banking, digital platforms, and staff portals.
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.
