Purpose:
The SAS Fraud management system design engineer will require to manage design and Architecture various SAS Fraud Management Features including Fraud Rule, Workflow and UI configurations and other tuning and enhancements aspects.
The candidate must be able to assist and play leading roles in production rollout.
Mange handovers to other build and testing teams.
The candidate would have proven experience of design and Architecture aspect of fraud management solutions for Tier 1 and 2 banks.
This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate would be expected to assist the project team during the life cycle of the projects and other agile/BAU work.
JD - Fraud Risk &ndash; Design:<ul><li>
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and non‑functional requirements, enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and the bank&rsquo;s technology roadmap.</li><li>
Lead the end‑to‑end solution design and implementation for Channel‑to‑SAS SFM integration through approved middleware, in line with bank integration architecture principles.</li><li>
In-depth technical expertise in messaging and API‑based integrations to support accelerated implementation of SAS Fraud Management solutions, including case management and reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Promote open standards &amp; cost effectiveness in support of organizational goals, objectives, and strategic requirements.</li><li>
Evaluate architecture patterns and emerging trends to recommend best‑fit solutions in compliance with the enterprise architecture governance framework.</li><li>
Understand the long term and short-term perspective of a solution along with assessing and analyzing the wide enterprise impact of the solution.</li><li>
Provide technical consultancy to different IT and business stakeholders in technology best practices and problem analysis in technology solutions.</li><li>
Maximize reuse of existing technology platforms and integration capabilities to meet business and fraud risk requirements.</li><li>
Ensure regulatory and audit requirements are attended and addressed as part of solution design and implementations.</li><li>
Ensure the solutions and their implementations aligned with Risk &amp; Compliance requirements and business continuity practices.</li><li>
Experienced in development lifecycle and different software development technology, frameworks, and design standards.</li><li>
Evaluate third‑party and vendor solutions, assessing their suitability within the bank&rsquo;s ecosystem, architecture standards, and technology roadmap.</li><li>
Analyze and resolve technical, functional, performance, and security issues, proposing robust and scalable solutions.</li><li>
expertise in end‑to‑end connectivity, data flow analysis, and integration troubleshooting across channels, middleware, and SAS FM platforms.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with delivery and support teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and build a self‑sustaining BAU support model.</li><li>
Drive accelerated delivery while balancing technical quality and business value, minimizing delivery and operational risks.</li><li>
Ability to manage and deliver multiple regulatory and enhancement initiatives in parallel within a high‑pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining solution quality, architectural integrity, and design standards.</li></ul> 
Qualification &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
The candidate should possess either a graduate engineering degree or equivalent qualification.</li><li>
Excellent understanding of SAS Fraud Management with a desire to implement new solutions for the bank.</li><li>
Candidate must be technically astute and have had exposure to databases, scripting and technical interfacing capabilities using various tools / languages.</li><li>
Should have ability to work independently and within a team, and capable of timely delivery.</li><li>
Candidate must display strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>
Knowledge &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Experience in SAS Fraud management solution implementation in multiple geographical regions.</li><li>
Proven ability in leading the build and operation of complex fraud technology systems.</li></ul>
Minimum Experience<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Build Engineer working in SAS Fraud Risk Solution. Minimum overall experience as SAS SFM SME should be 10 years with latest experience in SAS SFM not being older than 2 years.</li></ul></div>

Solution Architect – SAAS SFM

<div>PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the VP Compliance - Sanctions High Risk Advisory, the main responsibilities of this role is to support the business areas covering the Sanctions high risk advisory activities for the Group and ensure that efforts are made to align the related policies and procedures with regulatory requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
JOB CONTEXT/DIMENSIONS
Sanctions High Risk Advisory &ndash; Senior Analyst must be able to play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and resolving potential sanctions violations. You will conduct in-depth research, analyze complex information, and develop well-documented findings on potential breaches and thematic trends. 
TASKS
Support the VP Compliance - Sanctions High Risk Advisory as follows:
<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive investigations into potential sanctions breaches, including analyzing transactions, customer profiles, and other relevant data.</li><li>Utilize internal and external resources to gather information on sanctioned entities, individuals, and their relationships.</li><li>Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to assess potential sanctions risks, identify red flags, and develop typologies for thematic reviews.</li><li>Lead or participate in thematic reviews to identify potential systemic weaknesses in sanctions compliance processes.</li><li>Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented reports on investigation findings and thematic review results, including proposed actions and recommendations.</li><li>Stay up to date on evolving sanctions regulations issued by international bodies and UAE authorities.</li></ul>
Maintain a strong understanding of sanctions compliance best practices.<ul><li>Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments, including Compliance, Legal, and Relationship Management.</li><li>Assist in providing timely and accurate Compliance advice on any Sanctions matters raised by the business functions by executing reviews and monitoring against applicable laws and regulations and soliciting external expertise as required.</li><li>Execute other duties as directed by the Manager-Sanctions High Risk advisory of Sanctions review or by the Head of Compliance.</li><li>Conduct thorough investigations into correspondent bank rejections, ensuring compliance with sanctions laws and regulations, and promptly escalating any material breaches to the relevant stakeholders.</li></ul> 
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance, AML, risk management or internal audit.
</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sanctions investigation or a related compliance role.</li><li>Proven analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex information, identify patterns, and develop typologies.</li><li>Excellent research and investigation skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.</li><li>Experience with sanctions screening tools and databases (e.g., OFAC, UN Sanctions List) is a strong asset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.</li><li>Working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li><li>accuracy</li><li>Discrete and has sense for integrity and handles highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.</li></ul></div>

Sanctions High Risk Advisory- Senior Analyst

<div>Job purpose
Implementing transportation and vehicle movement activities within the Protocol and Hospitality Department, and monitoring drivers' affairs while they perform their assigned tasks, based on the recommendations of the traffic officer and the department head. 
 
Tasks and responsibilities
1. Receiving instructions from the direct supervisor regarding providing transportation to the concerned party and coordinating with them.
2. Contributing to the delegation of drivers' tasks and organizing their routes during field missions, and ensuring that drivers are informed of any updates.
3. Scheduling daily and weekly traffic routes, monitoring the preparation of reports, and auditing any obstacles and challenges.
4. Monitoring drivers' compliance with applicable traffic rules and regulations, as well as etiquette and protocol.
5. Carry out organizational and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor. 
 
Academic qualification
A bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
