Eplanet Global is hiring a Business Analyst – Finance & Supply Chain(ERP) (Night Shift)

Location: Karachi, Bahadurabad. (On-site)
Working Hours: Overlap with US Time Zones (PST/EST) (Night Shift)

Requirements:

*Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation life cycle of Oracle/SAP or any tier 1 solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* 3+ years of IT industry experience in Finance & Supply Chain systems (ERP/customized solutions)
* 2+ years with Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Payable, Receivable, Assets & Costing modules
* Fair technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and programming basics (plus point)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to map finance/supply chain requirements to practical software solutions
* Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting & Finance
* QA knowledge/experience is a big plus
* Hands-on experience with system integrations & processes

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Finance & SCM teams to document and translate business requirements
* Support ERP/software deployment for international clients
* Map workflows to software solutions & recommend enhancements
* Conduct gap analysis & system configurations
* Plan & perform integration, regression, and load testing
* Develop BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, process flows (Visio), & user manuals
* Work with tech teams for troubleshooting & ensure data integrity
*Facilitate workshops & training for global stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
