Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and manage end-to-end project execution for commercial interior fit-outs.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, design, procurement & site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee site activities, ensure timely progress, and maintain quality & safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients—conduct meetings, site visits & reporting.
- Manage budgets, monitor material and manpower use, and ensure cost control.
- Handle final snagging, handover documentation, and close-out procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of UAE experience in fit-out or contracting projects
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Excellent communication & client handling abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and scheduling software
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and site regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
