Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support business operations and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on digital business coordination and project management. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of project workflows, e-commerce ecosystems, and interdepartmental collaboration. A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable UK or US university is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan, execute, and monitor business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Track deliverables, manage project timelines, and support communication across departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
- Assist in the management and review of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
- Assist in day-to-day management of online marketplaces and platforms.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
- Manage communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
- Skilled in global marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) with expertise in end-to-end e-commerce processes, business analysis, and strategic execution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable UK or US university (preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in Project Management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations.
- Familiarity with contract handling, compliance workflows, and internal reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
