Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software, Revit, Sketch Up and other drafting tools
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the Building Construction/Engineering industry as a Draftsman/Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations; Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems and communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team ensuring final designs are compliant with building/project regulations.
  • Create a visual guidelines for construction purposes.
  • Create the maintenance issue in maintenance software and follow up with the maintenance team
  • Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
  • Outlining a business’s project objectives clearly
  • Taking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments.
  • Setting and adhering to a budget that implements cost-saving measures. Consistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of a project
  • Organizing all project-related paperwork
  • Communicating with clients to continuously define project objectives
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers. Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month

  • Project Coordinator for Civil Works: 3 years (Required)
  • Civil Draftsman Project Coordinator: 3 years (Required)
