
1. Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain the park's network infrastructure, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.
- Ensure network security and stability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software systems, including computers, laptops, servers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
3. Card Reader RFID System:
- Manage and maintain the card reader RFID system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.
4. CCTV and Surveillance:
- Manage and maintain the CCTV and surveillance system, including cameras, NVR/DVR, and monitoring software.
- Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly and that footage is recorded and stored securely.
5. IT Support:
- Provide technical support to park staff and management, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are proficient in using IT systems.
6. Server Management:
- Manage and maintain all servers, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Ensure server performance and uptime, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
7. Cybersecurity:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the park's IT systems and data.
- Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and provide regular reports on IT system performance, including network usage, server uptime, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar environment (amusement park, hospitality, or retail).
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network administration, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with card reader RFID systems and CCTV surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of server management, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Experience with cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
