Skills & Experience -

• University Degree in IT from a recognized university or institution
• 1-3 year experience in in identity and access management, IT administration, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and access control principles.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and identity platforms such as Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell (Python is a plus).- Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID .

Brief JD - To support the IT Infrastructure and maintain high quality and professional standard, by the following means:

• Provide, modify, revoke users’ access as per policy and process.
• Manage the life cycle of users’ access.
• Review and validate accesses and profiles.
• Support end users and resolve access related issues and incidents.
• Configure, maintain & review the IT Infrastructure set up in line with the standard IT policy & procedure.
• Resources must comply with IT security standards and IT process and procedures.
• Follow the standard procedure for support and resolve various calls logged in the Service desk.
• Regularly complete and update all the tasks assigned within the target time using the Service Desk System.
• Ability to handle multi-task and support various users at once. Must be capable of following a job to completion. Follow up, troubleshoot and resolve various complex infrastructure problems.
• Conduct ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by the Management based on the Business requirements.
• Handle Access Management Requests such as but not limited to: creating/deleting/modifying accounts, configure/manage permissions and perform access review.
• Handle IT Infrastructre servers related activities such is installation and maintenance.

Pay: BD500.000 per month
