Support Datacenter Site Operations Production and DR sites.

Support device mounting and installation, parts replacement, structured cabling, and labelling.

Support WINDOWS, UNIX, SQL & ORACLE platforms.

Support Enterprise Backup, tape library and storage platforms.

Support Enterprise Monitoring Tools.

Support CCTV and access control systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

Required Experience is Experience – 7 to 10 years.

Experience in supporting overall Datacenter requirements in on-premises and colocation sites, Site access and approvals, new device deployments, Site Capacity Management, DC facility availability, Regular PPM, and Testing’s.

Knowledge of Datacenter facility units, Datacenter standards.

Knowledge of access controls and CCTV systems.

Capable of managing technology services hosted in On-premises, cloud, and colocation sites.

Exceptional Knowledge on various ITOPS Tools Products.

Good knowledge of Windows & Unix, Databases.

Experience in hardware maintenance, structure cabling, parts replacement.

Good Knowledge of CLOUD Concepts.

Good knowledge of Business application concepts.

Incident, problem and change management skills.

Initiative-taking collaborator with a collaborative working style, capable of collaborating with a diverse team.

Experience in maintaining inventory and reports.
