Job Description

IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up hardware and software.

Manage network servers and IT tools.

Create accounts and set up workstations for users.

Monitor system performance and make sure everything meets company's needs.

Fix system issues and handle outages quickly.

Provide daily support to users.

Keep systems secure (manage access, backups, firewalls).

Upgrade systems with new versions and models.

Train staff on how to use new technologies.

Keep IT documentation, manuals, and policies up to date.

Manage IT equipment and track the budget.

Work with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field. Certifications like MCSA or CCNA are a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux Server (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory) and networks (LAN, WAN).

Good understanding of system security and data backup/recovery.

Installation and troubleshooting of IT equipment like desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware devices.

Experience with ICT and ELV, AV systems like CCTV, access control, and IP phones, Audio Video Devices.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills.
