A globally recognized service company with over 200+ employees is hiring HubSpot Data Management Specialist for its Karachi office.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team.
What's Required:
Must Have Expertise and +2 Years of Experience in:
- Sales and Marketing Automation (including Workflows and sequences)
- Create and manage Reporting Dashboard
- Sales and marketing Analytics
- Must have expertise in Sales and marketing Analysis for maintaining, organizing, and optimizing Data to support workflows for the sales and marketing departments.
- Must have expertise in Data Automation to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and facilitate effective decision-making across departments.
- Must have proven experience (2+ years) working with HubSpot or Sales Force CRM for data management, sales workflows and automations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Import & Export: Manage the process of importing and exporting data into CRM, ensuring proper formatting, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Data Segmentation & Analysis: Segment CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns and analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- CRM Customization: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize HubSpot CRM and configure custom fields, workflows, properties, and views as per business needs.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage customized reports and dashboards to track KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- External Integrations: Work with the sales teams to ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other platforms.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to HubSpot users on best practices for data entry, data management, and CRM usage.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in analysis, segmentation, and reporting using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies quickly.
- Ability to handle large datasets and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Data Management) are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A data-savvy HubSpot expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Someone who understands both the technical and business needs behind CRM usage.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who can collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams.
- Holds a relevant academic background (IT/Computer Science/Data Science).
