Cloud DevOps Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Administrator / Lead Cloud Engineer /IT Cloud Engineer

Job Description:

AlphaBOLD is actively seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to enhance its IT team. In this role, you will work closely with the DevOps Lead to support and implement effective cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced technical skills to develop and maintain scalable, reliable cloud solutions that drive efficiency, align with our operational objectives, and ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical Architect, delivering advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure & AWS cloud platforms, DNS Servers, On-premises, hybrid, and SaaS applications.
• Provide in-depth support, development, and maintenance for all Microsoft Office 365 areas such as mail configuration, collaboration tools, deployment features, and cloud security.
• Support and administer Exchange on-premises, hybrid, and Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Phone System and Rooms, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
• Maintaining and updating systems, including Azure/AWS/GCP/Office365 infrastructure.
• Experience with collaboration suite migration from On-prem to Office 365, GCP to Office, or vice versa.
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring using security policies & controls.
• Migrating on-premises workloads & data to Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with escalation managers when additional support is needed.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Technology is required.
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Technical proficiency in and learning attitude toward Microsoft/Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP,
• Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Server and related technologies.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Power Automate and
• PowerShell, data retention, and backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Hands on experience in Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, Firewalls and Azure AD, MDM/MAM, on-prem infrastructures, Web server management include IIS, nginx, Apache, Tomcat.2+ years of first-hand experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS/EKS, EC2, ELB, ECR, RDS, VPC, Elastic Cache/Redis, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• 2+ years of first-hand experience with Azure cloud infrastructure (VM, App services, storage accounts, databases, virtual networks, log analytics, app gateways etc)
• Advanced knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling.
