<p>
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage our software development and Dynamics 365 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes and will be available to work in the <b>Pacific time zone</b>.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the resources needed to meet project goals. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.</li>
<li>Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges. Ensure effective communication within the client, project team and across departments.</li>
<li>Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or failures. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Track project expenses and report variances to leadership and client.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating clearly, delivering value, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust and collaboration.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience of 4-6 years in Software Project Management in a client-facing role with a successful track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 &amp; software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools and software (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.</li>

  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions combining hands-on system configuration and development with client-facing functional consulting. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep technical expertise, and the communication skills necessary to deliver high-quality CRM implementations and support.

   Deliver professional consulting services during Dynamics CRM implementations and support engagements.

   Prepare functional documentation including use cases, business process flows, and solution design documents.

   Assist in business process analysis, reengineering, and optimization using Dynamics CRM capabilities.

  <li>
   Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including configuration of entities, workflows, business process flows, forms, and dashboards.

  <li>
   Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work on Dynamics CRM development including Web Resources, SSRS reports, and custom connectors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Integrate Dynamics CRM with other Microsoft products and third-party applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration using tools like Kingsway Soft or Informatica.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to best practices.
  </li>

   Required Qualifications:

   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree is a plus).

   4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (both on-premises and cloud versions).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and web technologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with Dynamics 365 Dataverse, APIs, and Azure integrations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in using development tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Git, or Azure DevOps.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
  </li>

   Exposure to Power Platform components such as Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  </li>

   Experience supporting 3rd-party add-ons or ISV solutions integrated with CRM.
