We are seeking an experienced <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant</b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in ERP systems, deep expertise in Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV), and the ability to work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lead functional analysis, requirement gathering, and business process mapping for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.</li>
<li>Configure and customize Business Central modules according to client requirements, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.</li>
<li>Conduct user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support.</li>
<li>Prepare functional documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FDDs (Functional Design Documents), and process flows.</li>
<li>Provide support for system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.</li>
<li>Work with stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and ensure business objectives are met.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features and industry trends.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) functional consulting.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of core Business Central modules &mdash; Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Service Management.</li>
<li>Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (at least 2&ndash;3 end-to-end projects).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.</li>
<li>Experience in Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).</li>

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Business Central (and/or Dynamics NAV), including customization, extension development, integration, and system performance optimization. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and end users to design, develop, and implement scalable ERP solutions aligned with business needs.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy <b>customizations, extensions</b>, and <b>integrations</b> in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code).</li>
<li>Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations with third-party systems.</li>

This role is crucial for our continued growth, requiring a &ldquo;lead by doing&rdquo; approach to drive high-quality leads and opportunities for our B2B digital transformation, consulting, and digital services offerings while leading a small team of marketers.</p>

<li><b>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship:</b> Work closely with the head of marketing to lead, set goals, and provide guidance to a small team of marketers, fostering a culture of high performance, testing, and growth.</li>
<li><b>Paid Media Mastery:</b> Manage day-to-day execution across all paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social ads platforms. This includes keyword research, campaign structure, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.</li>
<li><b>Tracking &amp; Analytics Infrastructure:</b> Own the implementation and maintenance of the marketing tracking infrastructure for advertising and other campaigns. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and validating tracking (pixels, tags, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li><b>Email Marketing &amp; Nurturing:</b> Design, build, and optimize robust email marketing campaigns and lead nurture flows in HubSpot to convert cold prospects and qualify inbound leads.</li>
