We are looking for highly articulate, confident communicators to drive partner outreach and lead generation for our US market.
This role is focused on building conversations, setting meetings, and supporting revenue growth through effective communication, not traditional call center sales.

- Email
- LinkedIn
- Calls (as needed)
- Initiate conversations and set qualified meetings for the sales team
- Clearly communicate AlphaBOLD’s offerings and value proposition
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent engagement
- Track activities, responses, and meetings in CRM
- Collaborate with internal sales and leadership to align outreach strategy
Must Have
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Excellent spoken and written English (primary requirement)
- Strong communication, confidence, and clarity in conversations
- Ability to work US night shift (non-negotiable)
- Degree from LUMS / LSE or similar top-tier universities
- Background in:
- English Literature
- Communications
- Business / Marketing
- Experience in debates, presentations, writing, or public speaking
- Heavy call center experience profiles
- Purely technical or back-office candidates
- Candidates with weak spoken communication
