Job Description

PHPTRAVELS is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through effective outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through various online channels
Build and maintain a strong prospect database
Conduct email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns
Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM systems and data management
Ability to research, analyze, and identify target audiences
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
