Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist – IT & Telecom (Remote, Pakistan)

• Working hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time

I.Q. Technologies is a fast-growing IT services and technology solutions provider based in the Chicagoland area, serving clients nationwide. We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of business leads for our sales team, focused on IT and telecommunications services.
Job Summary:
This role is about finding and qualifying the right prospects, not closing deals. You'll research target companies, identify decision-makers, and hand off verified, sales-ready leads to our team on a consistent weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential business customers matching our ideal customer profile (company size, industry, decision-maker titles; details provided at onboarding)
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, company websites, and directories
• Identify and verify decision-makers and key contacts (correct title, valid email/phone)
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and lead database
• Hand off qualified leads to the sales team with relevant context/notes
• Meet weekly lead generation targets which will be provided
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting criteria based on lead quality feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, or similar tools
• Strong internet research skills; comfortable digging past surface-level company info
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail, especially around contact accuracy
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit weekly targets in a remote environment
