Job Description

Main Objectives:

  • Brand Ownership: Ensure consistent and impactful visual and verbal identity across all platforms and products.
  • Creative Leadership: Direct and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative content aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge creative, product, marketing, and development teams to deliver user-centric and aesthetically refined experiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and oversee multi-channel creative campaigns that drive user engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high creative standards and ensure all outputs meet technical, brand, and strategic criteria.
  • Trend Alignment: Continuously scout design, branding, and digital trends to keep the company's visual language relevant and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:-

  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and mentor graphic designers, UI/UX designers, video editors, and content creators. Conduct performance reviews and foster a creative, high-performing culture.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the concept, design, and execution of digital assets, brand collateral, UI/UX elements, product visuals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Define and evolve brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across websites, applications, presentations, and advertising.
  • Campaign Development: Partner with marketing/product teams to design and launch product release visuals, email campaigns, social media creatives, and event materials.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to align on user interface aesthetics and usability.
  • Asset & Content Oversight: Supervise creation of multimedia content, including explainer videos, animations, icon libraries, infographics, and pitch decks.
  • Budget Management: Manage the creative team's budget, software licenses, outsourcing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Innovation & Research: Evaluate emerging tools (e.g., AI-driven design), industry standards, and competitor positioning to maintain a cutting-edge presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in creative roles, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or digital product environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, UI/UX collaboration, and motion graphics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion tools, and asset management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile environments and iterative development cycles is a plus.
