We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer - Figma with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing dashboards, web applications, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven UI/UX design experience (excluding internship).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform UI/UX standards.
• Strong communication skills and a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
