Lead the development actives in coordination with Vendor for vendor base application and ensure all the deliveries are as per technology requirement.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate it into technical specification and implementation.

Planning and estimating for the projects, change requests etc. and tracking the same.

Prototyping and researching alternative implementation strategies

Participate / Review Technical Architecture documentation when TSD approaches their development.

Reporting daily status of the assigned tasks to Team leads

Getting the inspections/reviews done as per the plan

Collect data and analyze metrics related to the business requirement.

Prepare the test plan for the application enhancements

Should have experience in defining and implementing test cases using Mock Libraries

Should have experience in guiding the team for development in line with project specifications.

Review/verify project documentations BRD, FSD, TSD, Production transfer documentation, SOPs, backup and rollback plans: Review test results.

Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT, Participating in code reviews

Performing maintenance on the existing code base

Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production.

Ability to manage more than one application as primary and secondary owner

Make sure Application and infrastructure maintenance servers are patched according to patch management cycle.

Make sure required proactive alerts are identified and configured on application and infrastructure.

Adhere audit, lean, ISG and other procedure defined in the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ years of experience relevant to MS Dynamic CRM

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, React JS, JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript, HTML, MSSQL, SSIS, Web & WCF Services (SOAP and REST), WEB APIs

Must have strong knowledge of customization and configuration in MSCRM application and entities

Strong understanding of Dynamic CRM Solution management

Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic CRM application’s Sales and Service Modules on Online and On Prem Versions

Must have strong knowledge to write the MSCRM plugin, workflow, form customization

Strong ability to write Web Services, WFC Services, Rest APIs, Web APIs on .Net Platform

Must have experience in SQL Server Integration Service and ability to work on Windows Services

Must have ability to work on .Net based application and components
