Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager at Jacked Nutrition Bahria Town will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the store consistently meets company standards in presentation, cleanliness, and performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and nutrition, has retail management experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote Jacked Nutrition products through in-depth knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Team Leadership & Training:
• Assist in supervising, training, and motivating store staff.
• Monitor employee performance and help implement development plans where necessary.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Store Operations:
• Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment and logistics.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving shipments and updating stock records.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and review sales reports with the Store Manager.
• Contribute insights and suggestions to improve sales and store performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition, fitness, or supplements is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
