Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the expansion of our sales capabilities within the local market. This role involves building a robust partner network, assembling a high-performing sales team, and establishing a solid management structure to drive the growth of our lending products. The Head of Sales will play a critical role in driving revenue, market penetration, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the company's objectives, with a focus on market penetration and revenue growth for lending products.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, growth areas, and competitive positioning.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs in alignment with company goals, monitoring performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop partnerships with local and regional partners to expand market reach and drive sales of lending products.
  • Establish and manage channel partner programs, providing support and incentives to maximize sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Develop sales training programs to ensure the team is well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve personal and professional growth, setting clear performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Establish a scalable sales management structure, creating and implementing sales processes and policies to support operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and alignment with company growth targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, providing insights on performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies that align with the company’s values and product offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with customer expectations and product innovation.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in sales management are a plus.
  • 5~10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or lending sectors in Pakistan.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams, developing sales channels, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Experience in building and managing channel partnerships, with a deep understanding of the sales ecosystem for lending or financial products.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, channel development, and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the Pakistani financial services and lending market, including regulatory considerations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
