Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager – Resort Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

The Resort Manager is the strategic and operational head of the Glamping resort, responsible for delivering the project within agreed timelines and leading its development into a premier family and experiential destination. This role encompasses project execution, full P&L ownership, and daily resort operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, service standards, and commercial outcomes. The Resort Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams and external partners to establish and grow the business in line with Dubai Holding Entertainment's vision.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic & Financial Leadership:

• Develop and implement the overall business strategy and positioning of the resort.
• Oversee and manage the full P&L, ensuring budget adherence and revenue growth.
• Monitor and improve profitability through cost control, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimisation.

Operations Management:

• Ensure smooth daily operations across guest services, accommodations, activities, and amenities.
• Coordinate with the engineering and facilities teams to uphold safety, functionality, and cleanliness.
• Implement efficient SOPs aligned with industry and DHE standards.

Project Delivery:

• Lead the delivery of the Glamping project from construction to operations phase.
• Ensure project milestones are met in line with timeline, budget, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.

Guest Experience & Service Delivery:

• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery.
• Lead efforts to enhance footfall and brand loyalty via curated experiences, special events, and promotions.
• Oversee complaint resolution, guest feedback collection, and improvement initiatives.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead and develop resort department heads and their teams through performance management, coaching, and training.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with DHE corporate guidelines.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all resort activities meet health, safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Conduct audits and regular performance reviews to maintain brand and operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in resort or hospitality management, preferably within a themed or experiential resort environment

Skills :

• Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L and budget management experience
• Proven leadership in resort operations, guest service, and team performance management
• Knowledge of UAE tourism regulations and hospitality compliance standards
• Proficient in PMS and resort management systems
• Demonstrated success in project delivery and contractor coordination
• Strategic planning with a focus on guest experience and commercial outcomes
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive brand alignment
• Crisis management and emergency response leadership
