Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for each brand.

Content and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all digital channels.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain brand competitiveness.

Performance Analytics:

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on ROI, traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality or results
  • Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new platforms and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify target audiences and create customized digital plans to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-brand digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and creativity in approaching challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Media.
  • Experience in retail, trading, or investment industries.
  • Bilingual Preferred (Arabic and English).

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Results-driven with a strong focus on metrics and ROI.
