Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
  • Execute campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Plan and produce engaging content in collaboration with cross-functional teams (creative, content, and web development) to optimize the user experience.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Emerging Trends:
  • Stay updated with digital marketing innovations and recommend relevant applications to enhance campaign results.

Media Buying:

  • Ad Planning & Management:
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage ad inventory across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other related channels.
  • Test and optimize ad placements for cost efficiency and audience reach.
  • Optimization & Reporting:
  • Track ad performance metrics and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging advertising platforms to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to streamline advertising efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Pilot.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience assessing campaign performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Note: The ideal candidate should have experience in media buying and deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO,PPC, Social media, Email marketing and display advertisement.
