Job Summary:

Burtville Developments is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in managing the social media presence of real estate companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in creating, boosting, and analyzing digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily posting and content scheduling across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness).
• Boost and promote selected posts for higher engagement and reach.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Work closely with the creative team on visuals and taglines.
• Deliver performance reports and make improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing for real estate or similar industries.
• Expertise in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
