Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance on site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.</li><li>Monitor and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.</li><li>Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in construction or site engineering</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li></ul>Requirment:<ul><li>Experience in UAE projects or GCC construction standards.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities on site.</li><li>Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Review and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality targets.</li><li>Prepare regular progress and cost reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in construction management (UAE experience MUST).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and construction procedures.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
