Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or site engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Requirment:

• Experience in UAE projects or GCC construction standards.
