A&M International is seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate construction activities efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the approved schedule.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications before execution.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and identify any technical issues, providing effective solutions when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Assist in quantity surveying, material inspections, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Monitor resource utilization and contribute to improving project efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Site Engineer.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and UAE regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building construction, fit-out, or infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience working with multicultural teams and international project environments.
