Site Engineer

Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. They coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Infrastructure and Roadworks.
• Experience in Dubai RTA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation of work
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Experience:

• RTA: 2 years (Preferred)
• Infrastructure & Roads: 2 years (Preferred)
