We take pride in delivering world-class craftsmanship and precision. We are currently seeking a Site Engineer with proven Experience in the Marble Industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations related to marble and stone installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to marble works.
• Supervise site activities including material delivery, installation, finishing, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide on-site problem-solving and technical support.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the " Marble or Natural Stone Industry" is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of marble installation techniques, cutting, polishing, and fixing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Experience working on high-end interior fit-out projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
