Job Title: Site Engineer - Dubai Buildings

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, planners, and clients.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and support timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of UAE contracting/building construction experience.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
