Site Supervisor (UAE National)

We are seeking a dedicated UAE National Site Engineer to join our construction team and support the execution of ongoing projects. The role involves assisting in site supervision, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in tracking project progress and preparing site reports.
• Review drawings and support the implementation of engineering plans on site.
• Conduct site inspections and report any issues or delays to the management team.
• Support project documentation and maintain accurate site records.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site activities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
