Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports and update management on site progress.
• Inspect completed work and address any issues or defects.
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Resolve site-related problems and support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
