Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction and site activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor labor productivity and site progress
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently
• Report project progress, delays, and issues to management
• Resolve on-site operational and technical issues
• Maintain proper site documentation and attendance records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred
