Site Supervisor

A Dubai-based fit-out company is seeking to hire an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer for immediate joining.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Available to join immediately

Role Description

The Site Engineer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fit-out projects within the UAE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong project management and team coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE construction/fit-out industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and site practices
