Site Foreman / Site Supervisor / Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering Diploma to oversee construction, renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and villa projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills and the ability to coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and project activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety requirements on site.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Requirements

✔ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

✔ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.

✔ Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and site execution.

✔ Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

✔ Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors.

✔ Good communication and coordination skills.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ UAE Driving License (Preferred).

✔ Experience in villa renovations, fit-out works, and building maintenance projects.

✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred.
