We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering Diploma to oversee construction, renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and villa projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills and the ability to coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and project activities efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and workforce.</li><li>Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Manage labor, subcontractors, and material requirements.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Enforce health and safety requirements on site.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.</li><li>Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.</li></ul>Requirements✔ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).✔ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.✔ Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and site execution.✔ Ability to read and understand construction drawings.✔ Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors.✔ Good communication and coordination skills.✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Preferred Qualifications✔ UAE Driving License (Preferred).✔ Experience in villa renovations, fit-out works, and building maintenance projects.✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred.Benefits<ul><li>Employment Visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities</li><li>Performance-Based Incentives</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of UAE construction experience do you have?</li><li>Do you hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering?</li><li>Do you have experience in renovation and fit-out projects?</li><li>Do you have a valid UAE Driving License?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
