Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage dewatering activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters.
• Monitor installation, operation, and maintenance of dewatering systems (deep wells, wellpoints, sump pumping, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards at all times.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Identify site issues and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in dewatering or ground engineering works.
• Good knowledge of dewatering systems, excavation support, and groundwater control.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and site practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
