Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage aluminum and glass installation projects at various construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to aluminum, glass, façade, curtain wall, doors, windows, and related works.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before commencement of work.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and material usage on site.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability of resources as per project schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend site meetings and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
• Verify measurements and quantities for progress claims and variations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain project quality standards.
• Ensure project completion within the approved timeline and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aluminum, glass, façade, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum and glazing systems, curtain walls, doors, windows, and façade installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
