Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves significant interaction with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize materials and ensure construction sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
• Determine and present estimates of operating costs and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a similar field.
• UAE driver's license (Mandatory).
• Experience in a similar role.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Sound knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• UAE Driving License (Required)

• 75% (Preferred)
