MeshSq Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack SEO Specialist to lead and execute our SEO strategy, aiming to significantly enhance our visibility in Google search results. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with non-CMS custom-built websites (PHP, Laravel, React JS, JavaScript), and a strong command of modern SEO best practices—including semantic SEO, Core Web Vitals, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits across all web properties, identifying and resolving issues related to indexing, Core Web Vitals, and search performance.
• Optimize website architecture, loading speed, and user experience to align with search engine ranking criteria.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content planning, link building, and keyword optimization.
• Convert complex webpage content into machine-readable formats to enhance semantic search visibility.
• Conduct in-depth semantic SEO audits of page content to ensure alignment with search engine understanding and entity-based ranking models.
• Collaborate with research analysts to ensure content is topically relevant, semantically rich, and optimized for both users and search engines.
• Analyze web content against semantic search requirements, identifying gaps and enhancing content using NLP techniques.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor performance and guide strategic SEO decisions.
• Improve local search visibility and map pack rankings using proven local SEO techniques.
• Manage multiple SEO projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, emerging SEO technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, including SEO audits.
• Strong understanding of SEO for non-CMS, custom-coded websites (PHP, Laravel, React JS, JavaScript).
• Expertise in Google Sheets, with the ability to create custom tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of semantic SEO, structured data, and entity optimization.
• Experience applying NLP techniques to enhance content for search engines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
