Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
- Execute campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Plan and produce engaging content in collaboration with cross-functional teams (creative, content, and web development) to optimize the user experience.
- Performance Measurement:
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Emerging Trends:
- Stay updated with digital marketing innovations and recommend relevant applications to enhance campaign results.
Media Buying:
- Ad Planning & Management:
- Plan, negotiate, and manage ad inventory across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other related channels.
- Test and optimize ad placements for cost efficiency and audience reach.
- Optimization & Reporting:
- Track ad performance metrics and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Explore and evaluate emerging advertising platforms to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to streamline advertising efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Pilot.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience assessing campaign performance.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Note: The ideal candidate should have experience in media buying and deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO,PPC, Social media, Email marketing and display advertisement.
