Your Role: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance brand loyalty.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Segment email lists and personalize messages for different customer groups.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage and update customer accounts in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of packaging campaigns in the US, CA, or UK markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the packaging or B2B sector.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting and design skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
