
We are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist, Google Ads Campaign Specialist, and ASO & SEO Expert to join our team. This unique role requires a blend of technical expertise, digital marketing acumen, user acquisition and strategic thinking to help drive our online presence and optimize our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, etc.).
- Optimize ad spend allocation across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Implement A/B tests (ad creatives, landing pages, audiences) to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Google Ads Campaign:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify trends and pivot strategies based on performance data.
Automation & Tech Stack
- Use Google Scripts, automation rules, and smart bidding strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Manage pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs for accurate attribution.
- Collaborate with SEO/content teams to align paid and organic efforts.
Budget & Growth
- Manage budgets (daily/monthly) and negotiate with ad platforms for optimal rates.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., AI-driven ads, privacy changes)
2. ASO (App Store Optimization):
- Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and ranking in app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for app optimization.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and other metadata to enhance discoverability.
- Monitor app performance, user reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure ASO best practices are implemented.
3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to align with SEO best practices.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
4. Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:
- Design and execute data-driven strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms.
- Identify and optimize key growth levers such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in Google Ads campaign management with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of ASO and experience in optimizing apps for app stores.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
