We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring all structural work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and project requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working on high-profile construction projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform structural analysis and design calculations for reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundations.
• 
  Review and validate structural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• 
  Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• 
  Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify execution against approved designs.
• 
  Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• 
  Participate in value engineering processes and suggest structural optimizations without compromising safety or functionality.
• 
  Assist in preparing technical reports, design documentation, and progress updates.
• 
  Support the resolution of design-related queries and changes during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• 
  5–8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC.
• 
  Proficient in structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
• 
  Strong knowledge of international and local building codes (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocodes, SBC).
• 
  Experience with site supervision and technical coordination in fast-paced project environments.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
