We're hiring an experienced Safety Engineer to oversee HSE compliance on our construction sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment by conducting inspections, training staff, and enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety policies
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction safety roles
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/local safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Safety certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30/500)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Approval of MPW Kuwait
